Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Baker to join our production team in Ikeja, Lagos. The Baker will be responsible for preparing baked goods in line with quality standards while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and efficiency in daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake bread, pastries, and other baked products according to recipes

Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients accurately

Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure product quality

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the baking area and equipment

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Manage daily production schedules and meet output targets

Report equipment issues or supply shortages to management

Requirements

Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role is an advantage

Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices

Ability to work efficiently under time constraints

Good attention to detail and consistency in product quality

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

Willingness to follow production guidelines and procedures

Work Environment

This is an on-site role based in Ikeja, Lagos State, within a structured food production environment.
