Job Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to plan, implement, and oversee marketing strategies that drive brand growth and customer engagement. This role is primarily remote, with a requirement to attend on-site meetings once a week for collaboration and reporting.

The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and capable of leading marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms

Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging

Oversee content creation and promotional activities

Manage marketing budgets and optimize return on investment

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities

Attend weekly on-site meetings for planning and review

Requirements

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics

Excellent communication, planning, and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Must be based in or able to commute to Ogun State once weekly

Work Environment

This is a remote position with structured weekly on-site engagement to support team collaboration and performance alignment.
