Location: Ikeja, Lagos State

Working Hours: 7:00am – 6:00pm
Salary: ₦60,000 – ₦100,000 (based on experience)

Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Assistant Baker to support daily baking operations. The ideal candidate will assist in preparing baked goods, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring quality standards are met.

Responsibilities

Assist the head baker in preparing dough, batters, and fillings

Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes

Operate baking equipment under supervision

Ensure cleanliness of the bakery, tools, and work areas

Help with packaging and proper storage of baked products

Follow hygiene and food safety standards

Support daily production and bakery operations

Requirements

Previous baking or kitchen experience is an advantage

Willingness to learn and take instructions

Ability to work long hours and stand for extended periods

Good hygiene and attention to detail

Resides in or around Ikeja is an added advantage
