Job Overview

We are seeking a responsible and results-oriented Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, staff coordination, and customer service activities at our Ikeja branch. The Branch Manager will ensure smooth operations, support business growth, and maintain service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure operational efficiency

Supervise staff schedules, attendance, and performance

Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns professionally

Monitor inventory, supplies, and branch resources

Prepare daily and weekly operational reports

Implement company policies and procedures at branch level

Support sales and business development activities

Maintain a safe and organized working environment

Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is an advantage

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage staff and operations effectively

Good organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently and meet targets

Reliable, punctual, and professional conduct

Work Environment

This is an on-site role based in Ikeja, Lagos State, operating within standard business hours.
