Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and policy implementation. This role is primarily remote, with a requirement to attend on-site meetings once a week to support coordination and compliance.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and knowledgeable in labor practices and human resource management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation

Support management with workforce planning and HR strategy

Coordinate training and development programs

Prepare HR reports and provide insights to leadership

Attend weekly on-site meetings as required

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role

Strong understanding of human resource practices and labor regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Proficiency in HR documentation and reporting

Must be based in or able to commute to Ogun State once weekly
