Job Overview

Kasango Lounge is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Barman to manage bar operations and deliver high-quality beverage service to guests. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing drinks, maintaining bar cleanliness, and ensuring excellent customer experience in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes

Attend to customers professionally and ensure a welcoming bar environment

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times

Monitor stock levels and report shortages to management

Ensure proper handling, storage, and use of bar equipment

Comply with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Handle customer requests and resolve basic service issues politely

Support other lounge staff to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience as a barman or bar attendant is an advantage

Basic knowledge of drinks, cocktails, and beverage service

Good communication and customer service skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Honest, reliable, and punctual

Willingness to work on-site in Agidingbi, Ikeja

Work Conditions

Full-time, on-site role

Monthly salary of ₦50,000

One scheduled day off per week
