Commission: 3% per successfully converted client or closed deal

Allowance:

₦2,000 monthly data/airtime support

Job Overview

SabiRecruit is seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Recruiter to support our recruitment and business development activities. This remote role focuses on sourcing new clients, promoting recruitment services, managing job postings, and supporting candidate hiring processes.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently while meeting defined targets.

Key Responsibilities

Source and engage companies, organizations, and individuals to subscribe to SabiRecruit’s recruitment plans

Identify and onboard new clients through outreach, referrals, and lead generation

Post job vacancies across multiple job boards and recruitment platforms

Source, screen, and support the hiring of qualified candidates for client roles

Conduct email outreach, cold calls, and follow-ups with prospective clients

Maintain accurate records of leads, client communications, and conversions

Meet daily and weekly outreach and conversion targets

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth recruitment delivery

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or HR-related roles

Access to at least four active job posting platforms

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening

Good written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks remotely

Basic knowledge of email outreach, cold calling, and client engagement

Must have a smartphone or computer with reliable internet access
