Public Relation Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage and improve the organization’s public image and communication with stakeholders. The role involves developing communication strategies, handling media relations, and ensuring consistent and positive brand representation.

Job Description
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement public relations strategies and communication plans
Manage media relations, press releases, and official company communications
Represent the company at meetings, events, and stakeholder engagements
Monitor public opinion and provide reports to management
Handle internal and external communications professionally
Support brand reputation management across digital and traditional platforms
Coordinate with management to ensure consistent messaging

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in public relations, communications, or a similar role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Familiarity with media handling and corporate communications

Remuneration:  NGN 120,000 per month
